Results of Leadership Meeting for Cape Codders for Martha Coakley

Hello friends-

With less than 6 weeks till primary day, Martha needs your help now more than ever.  There is a lot to be done and not a lot of time to do it in.  Please feel free to forward this email to anyone who you feel might want to get involved with the campaign.

Stand out for Martha schedule from Oct 31st-Nov 8th:
Saturday- October 31st: (Costumes welcome)
**In Falmouth from 9:30am-11:30am at intersection of Rt. 28 and Jones Rd.- where the Stop and Shop is.

**In Harwich from 12pm-2pm at intersection of Rt. 137 and Rt. 39- also where a Stop and Shop is.

***If there are people who would like to do a stand out in Hyannis on Rt. 132 at the Mall I would be willing to do that as well.  We could be there from 11am-1pm.  Let me know if you would be able to do that.

Monday- November 2nd:
**In Barnstable from 7am-830am at the intersection of Old Stage Rd. and Rt 28.

Saturday- November 7th:
**In Falmouth from 9:30am-11:30am at intersection of Rt. 28 and Jones Rd.- where the Stop and Shop is.

**In Orleans from 12pm-2pm at Orleans/Eastham Rotary.
**In Bourne from 1pm-3pm at Bourne Rotary.

We would love to have a weekly stand out in Hyannis on the weekend in front of the mall.   I am looking for someone to volunteer to be the captain of that- meaning you would go every week and bring the signs for others to hold.

Let me know if you would be interested in doing that or if you have another place that you would like to captain on the Cape and I will get you the signs needed and will post your schedule in my next email.

Phone Bank for Martha Schedule from Oct 31st-Nov 8th:
In Hyannis at Wynn and Wynn: 300 Barnstable Road
**Sunday Nov 1st from 6pm-830pm.
**Monday Nov 2nd from 630pm-830pm.
**Wednesday Nov 4th from 630pm-830pm.
**Thursday Nov 5th from 630pm-830pm.
**Sunday Nov 8th from 6pm-830pm.

In Falmouth at The Law Offices of Jeffrey Oppenheim: 156 Locust Street
**Wednesday Nov 4th from 6pm-8pm.
**Thursday Nov 5th from 6pm-8pm.

If you would like to make phone calls for Martha but cannot make it to those times or places there is another option.  Our neighbor to neighbor program would allow you to make calls from your own home as long as you have a computer with internet access.  Let me know if you would be interested in making calls on your own and I will get you set up with everything you need.

Letters to the Editor:
We are looking for people to write letters to the editor.  We would like to have people write to the Cape Cod Times as well as all the local weekly papers on the Cape.  Please let me know if you would be able to do that and we can coordinate which paper it should be sent to as well as what the best week is for you to send it.  I can help anyone who wants or needs help writing a letter.

Lawn Signs:
Here are the places on Cape Cod where people can go to pick up a lawn sign:
**The Home of Ed McManus in Harwich (41 Parallel Street)
**The Home of Patricia Mosca in Bourne (155 Old Plymouth Rd)
Let me know before you drop by and I can give those homeowners a heads up that someone is going to be stopping by!!!

**Any time either of our 2 phone banks are making calls people can stop by there as well.  Those are at 300 Barnstable Rd in Hyannis and 156 Locust St in Falmouth.  No need to let me know, you can just stop in and someone will have them there.

December 8th Polling Stand Outs:
We will be at as many polling locations throughout the Cape as possible.  If you can help, please let me know.  I will be putting together a schedule of times and locations.
